What is the correct status field to use for WV: North Central West Virginia Real Estate Information Network? I'm using L_StatusCatID but it looks like L_Status has different fields which field is standard and should be used?

There are two pieces to a status. The category, then the status. An active category (L_StatusCatID) is going to be one. Closed will be two, Pending three, and Leased five. When you look at L_Status that's the combined CatID and Status separated by an underscore. The information about each field can also be found in the metadata.
