Pensacola AOR- Agent Resource Not Supported errors GetObject to fetch logo in Agent and Active Agent Resources.

Jim and Pensacola referred Bridge API to Paragon for this issue. Bridge is receiving "Agent Resource Not Supported" errors when we try to run a GetObject to fetch the logo in Agent and Active Agent Resources. Jim states this GetObject queries are enabled, can your team verify? I've included the query used below. Is there anything else Bridge would need to do to run the GetObject query here?

Resource=Agent&Type=OfficeLogo&ID=69:*&Location=1

What is the RETS URL you are using and the account name (NO PASSWORDS)

Hi Molly,

We were able to pull both Photo and OfficeLogo for that ID using Location=1 and Location=0 using your Bridge's credentials. Sorry. We can't reproduce.

Hi Joe and Bruce! After further research, the GetObject is successful but it isn't fetching a logo, there is nothing in the output file. Is there a way to share screenshots of Conduit here?

Not directly on here, but if you store it, then link to it, we should be able to see it. As long as it isn't cloud storage, we should be able to view it.

I was able to pull the Photo and OfficeLogo without issue for that ID using your account.
Here's the URL that was returned for OfficeLogo:
