Image throttling issue [closed]
Paragon,
We are running into a significant issue with image throttling given the number of boards now on Paragon. We are working to restructure our requests to more effectively download images, but we need support from Paragon to raise our limit temporarily so that we can continue to download images and support tens of thousands of agent and brokerage websites that are currently impacted by the photo throttling and failing to display listing photos in a timely manner. Is there someone we can discuss this with?
We are trying to avoid directing agents and brokerages to their MLS board around this issue and would appreciate partnership in resolving.

Hello Inside Real Estate,
We'd be more than happy to help alleviate this bottle neck with you. Could you please post the IP(s) you're reaching out to our CDN with? Could you also please post one of the URL's and Usernames that is causing you the most frustration?
Hi Joe-
The production server IP, where we sync images from Paragon is 52.72.174.99.
Thank you,
Can you also provide the URL's and Username for at least one of the customers which is causing the most trouble?
Also, if you're getting an error, can we please get that too?
Joe- I keep getting a "spam detected on your post" error here. Do you have an email I can get all of this to you? It looks like this support page is not allowing me to place the login URLs. here are our users:
MiRealSource (MIRS) - 138 - MI
Username: MIRkunverison
Bay County REALTOR Association - 269
Username: BCRkunversion
Indiana Regional MLS (IRMLS) - 202 - IN
Username: KunverSion
Here’s an example error we receive when the limit has been exceeded.
``` <html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> <title>ERROR: The request could not be satisfied</title> </head><body>
