Fields exist in Listing class but data is not populated for key/lookup fields

Situation: Fields exist in Listing class but data is not populated for key/lookup fields (but populated for fields like name and phone number)

Details: For the listing agent and office, we have LA1_AgentID and LO1_HiddenOrgID populated with data, which we then use to connect to a record in the agent and office classes. List Agent and List Office are functioning as expected. (Additionally, data is populated for LO2_HiddenOrgID).

Our problem lies with the other agent and office classes (LA2, SA1, SA2, SO1, SO2). We have the key fields present in our metadata, but they are not populated in our downloaded raw data. We know these fields should be populated for some records, as the other fields (agent name, phone, status) are populated. We are unable to complete our cross-class lookups without this identifying information.
