How to access http://kma-rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/KMA/login?rets-version=rets/1.8

  • retag add tags

According to a previous support staff we spoke to, we need to utilize a RETS receiving client such as REDIS, RETS Connector, etc.

Can we get further details on what specific software we should download for us to be able to access said link?

Hello AgentImage,

Thank you for your question. It sounds like this is your first time using the RETS standard. We would recommend you download our RETS Developer Guide as you go through the process of building everything on your end to process the data. You can review download RESO's RETS 1.8 specifications from their site here as well.

As for programs and libraries, there are plenty of solutions for you. Already someone has provided RETS Connector from CoreLogic. There's also PHRETS and others. You will need to research these to figure out what is the best solution to implement. Other new developers may have asked this question on the board. You may want to use the search bar at the top of the page.
