Hi, we notice city (L_City) and county (LM_char10_67) values are abbreviated and so are some school info, see example below. Are these expected? Also, do we not have access to sold data? We're getting 'Unknown Query Field [L_ClosingDate]'. Can you help us look into these issues? Thank you.

{ "L_DisplayId": "85542", "L_City": "Ownb", "LM_char10_67": "Davi", "LM_char10_68": "Sorg", "LM_char10_69": "BURN", "LM_Char10_2": "AHS" }

Hi ZapLabs,

Based on the information I'm able to glean, this customer may be in the middle of their conversion. This may add some time to resolving your issue. Based on what I've reviewed, this is an access issue. I've reached out to the Project Manager to determine how the Association wants us to resolve this. However, since this is an access issue, it's possible the Association may already have a setup in place for you to access Sold Data. If you want to follow up with them while you wait for me to find the answer, feel free to do so.

Hi, do you mean the abbreviated values is an access issue as well? Can you let us know if you see the same on your end? Thanks.

Hi ZapLabs,

Since this is a customer that is in the middle of their conversion, I have little information. I do not know their schedule or if more changes are coming until I am able to discuss this with the Project Manager. Regarding the abbreviations, when you look at the metadata, there are two values: short and long. The Format parameter you choose will determine which value is returned.

RESO RETS 1.8.0 Specification:

7.4.2 Format

'COMPACT' means a field list <columns> followed by a delimited set of the data fields <data>. 'COMPACT-DECODED' is the same as COMPACT except the data for any field with an interpretation of Lookup, LookupMulti, LookupBitString or LookupBitMask, is returned in a fully-decoded format using the LongValue. See Section "3 for more information on the COMPACT formats and section "".4.3 for more information on the Lookup types. 'STANDARD-XML' means an XML ...
