RETS code 20050: Server Temporarily Disabled. RETS is unavailable
Team, There is an error we are constantly receiving when attempting to download data utilizing RETS connector and it appears to be on specific MLS listings with photos unable to be retrieved.
See error below and advise how we can resolve this situation. This is an ongoing issue that never gets resolved by our accessing full data pull from your system.

Also need to know if and why there is not a way to pull listing and photo data specifically by officeid or agentid. Your full data download includes these identifiers in listing data but we have noticed the option to pull is not available to set under search criteria. Is there a way we can get you to enable these two items so we can set this up accordingly on our side and avoid continuous errors and our not be able to process full data.
Please advise further on this as well.

Are you saying that you can't do a property search on L_ListAgent1 or L_ListOffice1 fields to filter by specific agents or offices? The property metadata shows them as searchable and I am able to search on them. If that is the case, have you refreshed your metadata in RETS Connector?
Originally we did not have options in metadata to adjust the search criteria and we completed a recent update of metadata as well, we had a message showing us metadata had changed.
We will go out now and verify if we have the ways you identified for us to complete that task successfully. Thanks.
