Incorrect L_Type_ in GCAOR

I am getting an error using the RETS connector for the Gunnison Colorado RETS area. The error is: Miscellaneous Search Error Lookup: value 37 not found in Lookup table Type_1 for Resource 1. [L_Type_]

Perhaps a metadata refresh will solve the problem?

Looks like a new type "CNT-Condo Tel" was added but isn't reflected in the RETS metadata. Please contact the MLS to let them know this is an issue so they can schedule a RETS refresh.

I reached out to the System Support Manager for GCAOR, to let her know about the need for a metadata refresh. She can work with the MLS Administration to get that scheduled.
