The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error

  • retag add tags

I am getting error like "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error", 4-5 times a day, while fetching the data . please suggest accordingly

In order to be of help we need more information; RETS login URL, login name, and client you are using to connect. Also, more specific information about the error? Is it a specific time each day? What request is returning the error such as search, getobject, login?
