Field in returned Query not in METADATA (Redux)

We've had the same issue come up that REW Marcel reported previously but this time on the SCWMLS (South Central Wisconsin MLS Corp) feed.

Username: REWM

We are getting the following fields returned in the data, in every class in the Property resource that we are authorized to access, but they are not within the metadata:

LM_Char25_20
LM_DateTime_4

Can I get you to refresh the metadata?

It appears a recent Metadata Refresh did not complete properly. Our Data Management Team is reviewing, and will complete a full refresh as soon as they can.

The RETS Meta Data refresh has been completed. You should be seeing all of the appropriate fields now. Please let us know if you run into any further issues.
