Website Integration Help With MLS Integration/Feed

Greetings all... I've been asked by a realtor (and directed to this forum) to get information about integrating an MLS "feed" into a new website that we are building. However, I'm not able to get much direction from anyone thus far that's been involved with the process to get an API or sample data feed to my programming team to see what we have access to and how we go about integrating it with their new site. Does someone on this board have ideas or guidance on how to get something like this so that we know what our options are and what capabilities we can build for the client? Much appreciated (and fingers crossed)...

Eric, you may want to read my answer to this question: What is the best method of customizing a site using RETS?

You have to use something like PHRets, Librets or VieleRets for a RETS feed. If it is an IDX, you have to use IDX solution such as IDXBroker, Diverse Soulutions, Displet, etc.

MLS data is provided via RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard). You can get more information from www.reso.org. Your REALTOR customer/client must reach out to the MLS to gain access to the data. Either the MLS or their Black Knight Support representative (with MLS permission or direction) will set up an account for access which will include the RETS URL and credentials.
