I'm encountering a error when trying to fetch records for the resource Property, classes ResidentialProperty and MultiFamily.

The URL is: "http://nsar.rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/NSAR/login?rets-version=rets/1.7.2"

Note: this is the output of a nodejs rets client

Any idea on the cause of these ?

Sounds like NSAR is in need of another METADATA refresh. I've reached out to their System Support Manager to schedule a refresh with the MLS.

The RETS Metadata has been refreshed again, this morning. Please let us know if you're still running into issues.

Can you give it another try. I cleared the cache to make sure it wasn't a caching issue. If you still get the issue, can you give me a specific class and maybe even a listing with the issue if possible?

thank you, its working fine now. I would appreciate if you could check why we are not able to get partial Property info. Thank you so much.

When you have different issues it is best if you create a new entry for the question because sometimes comment changes don't get noticed as well. Are you still talking about NSAR and access to PartialProperty? The partial property class uses negative (L_ListingID=0-) values too.

It looks as though your profile does not allow access to PartialProperty so you would need to contact the MLS to have them configure it for access.

The metadata refresh for NSAR was completed: 2016-01-06T20:34:20.3Z I verified that the missing lookups you reported are now in the metadata. Let us know if you run into any more issues. Thanks for your patience.

Looks like some new lookup values were added to NSAR that are not reflected in the RETS metadata. I contacted our System Support team to let them know about the error and the need for a metadata refresh. They will work with the MLS Administration to get one scheduled.
