"Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized access to the field [L_UpdateDate].

retag add tags

I am getting this error when trying to sync my Rets information. "Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized access to the field [L_UpdateDate]."

They said this due to the Rets Provider Side that the connection is not completely set up or there is an error. How do I fix this?

It is an issue with the Reed Realty profile and I have notified the SSM.

This has happened two days in a row to our account with the same field for RES and LAND. Both times have come after an extended RETS server outage/metadata refresh. I have notified NEREN support as I am not sure who is responsible for the actual permissions.

This is something that cannot continue to happen and needs to be fixed.
