Lookup value not in lookup table - using RETS Connector

I was just given notice yesterday that the FTP feed is being discontinued tomorrow and I need to switch to RETS. In attempt to just manually get data for a few days until I can create a permanent PHP solution, I was told to use RETS Connector to download data.

I have know idea what I am doing and I am freaking out, because RETS is new to me. I was able to get a username and password for my MLS RETS (Western KY MLS) and tried to run a basic query to pull active listings for the Residential class as a test. Everything seemed straight forward until after running the query, I got the error below after retrieving about 1200 records. When I looked at the meta resource lookup table for the field, I confirmed there is no school named "Dawson" in the list. So what do I do now?

Any help would be great, because I only have one day left till I am cutoff. I learned yesterday the MLS was given notice back in August about this change, but I was never notified until I called yesterday about a problem I was experiencing with one of the data files from my ftp access.
