Media access was not enabled for your profile, but it is now so you should have access.

We're getting this as well with our Mt. Rushmore feed for the user: Elevretsfeed. Can you please assist? Is there a better channel for handling these?

I sent a request to enable Media to the System Support Manager. But normally you would request access through the MLS.

Thank you. The MLS asked me to call support because they thought they had given me access. Support pointed me here.
