GetObject with photo order

According to RETS 1.5 documentation I should be able to fetch photo URLs for each photo for a listing by specifying which photo I want using 'object-id'

According to the forum here I see that 'ObjectID' is recommended. I've also tried 'Object-ID' which is what the server returns in responses.

None of these work - they all return the same primary photo over and over again.

GET /rets/fnisrets.aspx/HUDSON/getobject?Object-ID=15&Resource=Property&Type=Photo&ID=160007158&Location=1

GET /rets/fnisrets.aspx/HUDSON/getobject?ObjectID=15&Resource=Property&Type=Photo&ID=160007158&Location=1

GET /rets/fnisrets.aspx/HUDSON/getobject?object-id=15&Resource=Property&Type=Photo&ID=160007158&Location=1

What should I do ?

ObjectID is part of the ID parameter.

To pull objects 1 and 3, set ID=160007158:1:3

To pull objects 1 and 3 from one listing and 1 from another listing, set ID=160007158:1:3,160007159:1

To pull all objects, set ID=160007158:*

So for your example, you would set it to:

You can also get the image URLs by searching the Media resource which is much easier to use.

Thanks, that does it ! That doesn't look to me like what the RETS 1.5 documentation says.

I was just given username and password and no link to any docs. This if for Hudson. Do you have a link to documentation for this particular implementation ?

I first tried to use Media resource which is how I've done it with other RETS servers. Permission denied - I was told to use GetObject. Much slower. I would love to just get all URLs for a listing in one request.

You can contact the MLS and see if they can give your account access the Media resource. We are trying to move in that direction for property images.

You may also want to use RETS 1.7.2, or 1.8, instead of 1.5.

? I was told this was a 1.5 RETS server. Do you mean that the server can run multiple protocols at the same time ? I was given no documentation. Anyway, it's too late for that, we are live.

Yes. We currently support 1.5, 1.7.2, and 1.8.
