Gaining general field availability

I saw Sean Garaux's question on 7/26 about gaining access to the L_IdxInclude field. Right now, setting RestrictedIndicator on my query indicates that I have access to less that 20% of the fields in RE_1, including some pretty important ones like Total Acres, Lat and Long, inclusions and features.

I would like access to any fields that has data that the MLS (GJARA) is not specifically restricting. Is this the correct first place to request that, or is this a business policy that we should discuss with GJARA first? If here, let me know and I can put together a list of system names that look like they might contain data we would like to display.
