We are getting null values in the PictureCount field.

Without having your account name, I am only guessing. If your useragent is "wolfnet" then the issue with both the L_PictureCount field and Media resource access is that the profile assigned to your account does not allow access to either of these.

You would need to contact the MLS to have them configure access for your assigned profile.

What RETS URL are you using and account name? Also what resource are you seeing this in Property or Media?

We tried several ways to download images: 1. Our universal photo download process, but for this process we need a photo_count value which was missing and so we hard coded it to 30 by default.

There is a media resource available in this market, the Media resource have all 4 classes available i.e Residential class, LotsandLand Class, Commercial class and MultiFamily class. when I tried download the media classes I get an error:

"Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized to access class [RE_1] in resource [Media]." To download the media classes we are quering for L_UpdateDate and L_ListingID.
