Unable to connect errors.

We are receiving Unable to connect errors while processing the data . It is not 100% but is far too often and is causing import delays. Can you please help us for this?

Not enough information to do any analysis on this issue. Would need to know the URL and account name to be of any assistance.

make sure you have &QueryType=DMQL2&Format=COMPACT-DECODED&rets-version=rets/1.8 in your query or it will not work.
