I have a realtor complaining about Open house start and end times for this MLS. What time zone is the data that is being pulled for start date/time and event end date/time?

The following property this is what I received from the server, We are on the EAST coast and in EDT right now. Should I be adjusting the OH times? The realtor states that this should have been from 10:00am- 12:00noon
