LM_char5_19 field to short needs 6 char for MF_5 pull lease term lookup

when running MF_5 update i hit an error.

LM_char5_19 has multiple options and one is SEASON for unit 5 lease term

but the field is a 5 char and is cutting of the end and then kicks the following error

ValueError: unknown XML element <element 'rets-status'="" at="" 0x8bb6840=""> with attributes {'ReplyText': 'Undecoded values were sent: Miscellaneous Search Error. Lookup: value SEASO not found in Lookup table U2LseTerm_Lkp_5 for Resource 1. [LM_char5_19] ', 'ReplyCode': '20203'}

it will break on all the other lseTerm_Lkp fields for the other units also

this field needs to be removed from the mf_5 table as it is still trying to do look up.
