Not authorized to access class Office

My RETS code pulls listings for just the offices and agents in our area and also to have the proper name of the listing agent and office name to display on the listing pages. When I try to pull a list of offices in our area, I get this error code below.

RETS Status code = 20207: Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized to access class [Office] in resource [Office].

It is likely that your RETS access only allows access to the ActiveOffice resource. Please try that resource and if you continue to have access issues please provide the system you are attempting to query and the login name. Thanks.
