Missing media items from Media resource [closed]

We have a RETS feed with the Central WI board of realtors, and there are a few listings that are missing photo #0. In addition to that, there are a few examples of the MediaURL field returning a NULL value.

In these instances, is this a problem with the way the agent uploaded the photos in the MLS?

For example, I'm pulling the media URLs for listing "1601004". The is no record for the Sequence 0 photo, and the 32, 33, and 34 sequences (media ID 372118, 372119, and 372120 respectively) have a NULL value in the MediaURL field.
