Hi, I am receiving the following RETS error when attempting to download agent rosters:
Lookup: value N not found in Lookup table for State for Resource 3 [U_state].

I have notified the SSM for NEREN about this issue.
Update: 2016-10-11 - The SSM is working to get this issue resolved.
I'm STILL seeing this issue. Still unable to download all active agents. Will this be fixed?

This sounds like a metadata issue. I will inform the System Support Manager for NEREN. We'll need to correct the invalid data, or perform a metadata refresh.
I'm still seeing this issue. Any idea when this will be resolved?
