NEREN bad characters in description field causes download to crash

it looks like the bad descriptions happened around 2016-09-20T18:17:00 there are at least 4 or more that have the issue. this example is mls no 4460562

I reviewed the listing, and I see there are some strange characters included in Listing 4460562. "Lovely 2.2 acre ± Lake Dunmore lot. 202' ". Listing 4351181 also has interesting character, " Go approx. ¾ mile."

I will talk with the Data Services team, to see what we can do.

Looks like a MS Word paste. Should be cleaned at insertion.
