there are 756 listing with no Latitude and longitude data in fields. they come from all types i use this to create accurate map of listing. the modify times for those missing data are from 5-12 till today 10-15 is this an error with the input of the listing?
The NEREN Paragon system is only permitted to export Lat/Long values when the listing has been manually placed and not automatically geo-coded. If any listings do not have data in the char100_5 and 6 fields then the listings were not manually mapped. NEREN has been communicating with their membership to educate and remind users how important it is to manually map each of their new listings. i have been testing the theory above and it is not correct. i have one of my clients moving the placement of the marker for every listing. i have verified that it was done, and half of them work and others do not. there is an issue with the input side of the interface for adding listings.

Same here - we are using LM_char100_5 and LM_char100_6. There are two new fields that appeared mid/late Sept called LMD_MP_Longitude and LMD_MP_Latitude. I hope that's not where the lat/long is now populating.
after refresh there are still 1187 listing in all non rentals that are missing lat and lng data.
