LR_remarks2020 data is longer than meta data length

In the NEREN MLS. I'm finding that there a lot of listings with data in the field [LR_remarks2020] which is larger than the meta data length.

The Meta data says "DataType: CHARACTER" and "Length: 300"

Here is some sample data

take NH-101 W toward Manchester Airport/US-3/Bedford/Nashua.  Then 2.16 miles  Take NH-114 toward St anselm Coll/Go  Turn left onto New Boston Rd.  Then 5.64 miles  New Boston Rd becomes Chestnut Hill Rd.  Then 0.48 miles Turn sharp right  Turn left to stay on Bedford Rd.       McCurdy Rd is a sharp right.
