Hello,

We just want to know. If users input data or pictures in paragon, when the data/picture can be download from RETS? Regularly, input data/picture server in different from download server ( area ). How long time you transfer data from input area into download area. It is by trigger or you just one day one time? Please let us know.

As I understand it, Bridge is using pass-through for Edmonton so data changes should be available right away. And images would be available as soon as the user adds them in Paragon.

This is correct. There is no "download" copy of the listing data. Listing updates are available immediately via RETS in Edmonton.

But the truth is: when we input some records people, we can not get them from RETS same day. Some people come from next day. And the paragon update_date is different from download file update_date time with same record

I don't understand what you are saying? What is this download file you refer to? What are you inputting agents or properties and I assume they are input into Paragon? RETS dates are in UTC.

for example: people input agent information in paragon and we download agent information from RETS. paragon we have update_time,

and from RETS we get U_UserCode,U_LoginName,U_Password,U_UserFirstName,U_UserLastName,U_UpdateDate data. But this U_UpdateDate is different from paragon update_time?

What update dates are your comparing that you are saying are different? What is the paragon update_time you are referring to?
