We are not seeing records within L_SoldPrice field or Off Market Status'

The URL we have is . With a Username: "Eric"

We are seeing the L_SoldPrice field available; however, we're not seeing any records with a Sold or any other Off-Market status type.

The MLS relays that we have access to those fields (which I would agree with since we are seeing the fields); however the records within those fields seem to be restricted and they are not able to fix it.

Would you be able to assist please?

Hello, Yes, the Username is Eric and that was the URL we have. Both we received a few weeks ago. I've been speaking with the MLS contact since 11/30 regarding this. Would it help if we pulled and query and showed you what we are seeing? Thank you for your help!

Yes if you may be able to just edit your original entry and include the additional information. I just pulled the L_SoldPrice with query (L_Status=2_0) on each of the 5 property classes using that account. Also please update your URL to instead of

Are you sure you are using the correct login credentials and URL when you are trying to pull the sold listing information?

On WACO I was able to see Sold and Off-Market listings as that username "Eric". Also, I'm not seeing any other requests using that account since late night 11/30/16.
