Question from Dave Delorey

Tim-

As we talked, below is clip from the daily PHP META data run using phRETS to populate the Country Brokers web site for Antrim NH residential properties.

Since the daily run totals for META data records downloaded for all 14 town's META data has remained static for at least a week, perhaps more, and there are no new photographs to download, it appears that the Paragon database has been in some sort a static state because it is unlikely the photo count and property metrics would yield these results.

Any help in identifying a problem would be appreciated.

Dave

I searched with your criteria and I show 156 listings, there were 157 earlier. I show 8 that were updated in December and no photo updates so far in December.

<rets replycode="0" replytext="SUCCESS" >="" <count="" records="8"/> <delimiter value="09"/> <columns> L_ListingID L_UpdateDate L_Last_Photo_updt </columns> <data> 4424121 2016-12-12T20:02:00 2016-07-30T12:23:00 </data> <data> 4496983 2016-12-06T15:26:00 2016-09-16T14:22:00 </data> <data> 4511935 2016-12-08T20:42:00 2016-09-19T12:08:00 </data> <data> 4515916 2016-12-14T15:00:00 2016-09-20T20:23:00 </data> <data> 4516483 2016-12-05T17:58:00 2016-09-20T19:09:00 </data> <data> 4600454 2016-12-07T17:10:00 2016-09-28T20:51:00 </data> <data> 4606233 2016-12-06T19:52:00 2016-10-26T15:51:00 </data> <data> 4610022 2016-12-02T21:05:00 2016-11-25T18:15:00 </data> </rets>

Not sure what the issue you are seeing is?

The issue was not isolated to only Antrim NH. The clip was just an illustration of the criteria used for each of the 14 towns queried. The anomaly, as stated, occurred when pulling in a single run, all 14 towns surrounding Francestown NH, including Antrim, for classes residential, land, commercial and multi-family. The result was that the record count was static at 2800 for about a week and no new photos were identified - a very rare circumstance. I re-ran it to today. The record count changed, 10 listings were added and 162 photos were identified as new. Thus, all appears to be well now.
