Latitude and longitude not present in any Property records
I don't see geo coordinates in any of the records. Is this data available? Please advise.

The data for latitude and longitude is available only in certain circumstances. You need to work with your MLS to obtain permission to receive data for those fields. The geolocation data may not be available in your area.
