GACAR - HOA Fees field is empty - GACAR [closed]

I am using RETS Connector explore the data. The Association Fee Amount (Association.Fee.Amount) field is empty for all observations. I am selecting for "Long" version of fields. If I search through MLS, I can get the data; but the variable is empty when I pull through RETS Connector. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It looks like your Account's RETS profile does not allow access to that field. You would need to contact the MLS to have them enable it for your profile.
