The "My Office Listings" link in Paragon doesn't work. What's the solution?

Paragon has IDX Smartframing links. The link for "My RE Listings" works but the link for "My Office Listings" doesn't. How do I get that link to work?

We are with Egyptian Board, are setting up a new website and under "our listings" it only shows my listings (Managing Broker) not all 5 Brokers in my office. The website company set the DXL setting needs to be changed from "agent" to agency or company. HELP.
