No result when querying '*'

I'm trying to make a RETS query with PHRETS. I can login successfully. I can read the table metadata, but when I try to make a '*' query I get no results. The same PHRETS code have worked for me in different MLS providers.

I checked the URL of the query PHRETS makes. This is it: http://qar.rets.paragonrels.com/rets/...

and the response I get from the server when I do this manually is this: <rets replycode="20206" replytext="Unexpected end of Query. Error in the application."><rets-status replycode="20206" replytext="Unexpected end of Query. Error in the application."/></rets>

Can you please help with querying a list of all properties. Thank you.
