removing changed images

if someone changes an image in the feed the old image is removed and new one put in place. the issue is how do we know that it is gone. when i try to build a keep list on the images mysql runs out of memory and it takes a long time to get it. anyone have a better idea as to how to remove them. i am doing a complete refresh every few days.

You can check the L_Last_Photo_updt - Updated whenever a listings images are changed such as additions and deletions in the Media and Property resources along with the L_PictureCount value .

In the Media resource you can also check: MED_update_dt - Updated whenever a media entry is changed or added such as when labels are updated.
