Display only certain board listings

Hello, my client recently received new RETS credentials so she could display more than just her own office listings. However, now the whole NSAR MLS listings are showing... i.e. all listings in Nova Scotia. Is it possible to include only the 2 boards their agents are affiliated with? i.e. 'Cape Breton' and 'Highland Region'.

Also, one of her agents has just changed boards (from Cape Breton to Highland Regions) and also opened a branch office of the main brokerage. Paragon resources shows his broker ID as N17361, but no listings result when searching using the string brokers="N17361" in the SimplyRETS plugin shortcode. Any ideas?
