DataBase - I have reviewed your inquiry and your RETS profile. I believe the issue to be resolved at this time. I will email you directly to verify.

In order to help you it is important to know what MLS URL you are connecting with and account name are you using? Many vendors connect to several different sites. A good majority of issues are account configuration specific issues.
Update 2017-02-21: It looks as though, from previous posts, you are referring to RANWMLS. I notified the SSM who will get the account configuration issue corrected.
