We always miss some id photos after Feb 7, 2017. For example, E4051344, just download 4 pictures on that period, we have to download again after user complain.
We use Last_Photo_Update_Date as daily download pictures. We need to know this column's change while or after user input pictures.
We are looking into the issue.

the last_update_date is 21. But last Friday, our realtor update photos. But you are not change last_update_date. So we miss photo update and get complain bu our customers.
Can you be more specific about the changes the realtor were made to photos so we can better isolate the source of the issue? Also, are you treating the Last_Photo_Update_Date as UTC not local time? It is in UTC.
