CWTAR - property resource queries only return active statuses

I am hoping you can verify something for me. We only receive active status listings from CWTAR. Their RETS admin claims our profile should receive all statuses (Sold, Expired, etc.). Can you verify our account settings? I have an example MLS# 173647. Our broker says this property closed 1/10/2017. The last update I was able to receive had an update date = 2016-12-02T21:13:00 with a status = 'Back On Market'. If I run a query on just that MLS#, I get no response.
