Receiving only metadata of page when logging in for new activation

I am receiving only the above when I login to RETS to get the activation information on a new setup. Is the server experiencing some problems at the moment? (Parser down?) I put the *s in to conceal IDs.
Tried logging in on Chrome and IE.
