ERROR: RETS Status code = 20203 - RETS undecoded lookup values found!

I've had this error before back in January. This one has been persisting since 21 Apr 2017. It seems as though someone has to be notified to correct it, but I haven't found who. In the other post, someone responded saying they would fix it. Do I need to always post on here when this happens or is there a more direct method to notify someone about this error? And if so, who do I contact to do that? Full log from that task is below. Thank you for any help.
