RETS can't find correct property description field

I'm using RETSMD to view the available fields, but can't find the correct property description field. I've tried the following fields, but they all seem empty. L_Remarks LM_char512_1 LR_remarks22 LR_remarks33 LR_remarks55

I can access all other property data except for the description at this point.

Looks like your account profile has "LR_remarks55 - Syndication Remarks" and "LR_remarks22 - Items Reserved" enabled.

The other three you listed are disabled in your profile so they would always be blank.

Thanks. I'm getting some text from LR_remarks22 for a few records, but it's not the full property description I'm expecting.
