This has been going on for 2 weeks now. It seems like every other day or so the NEREN RETS feed changes all active listings to withdrawn status and doesn't reflag them as active before sending in the feed.
We are also noticing that when downloading changes, we are being capped at 2,000 records. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Record limits are set at the account profile level. The one assigned to your account is set to 2500. But that is only for a single search transaction. You can use offset/limit values or pass in date range values to pull smaller batches until you have the complete set.
From what I see your account only allows access to: Active, Under Contract, Closed and Leased.
If the status changes to Expired or Withdrawn, the listings are removed from the feed until they change to one of the other status values you have access to.
Yes and for some reason, listings keep getting marked as withdrawn so they disappear from my feed until we manually go looking for the listings again. This just started happening about 10 days ago. We don't understand what is going on.
