Santa Fe Association of Realtors - Data Flipping Between Fields

We have been experiencing issues with data "flipping" between fields. For example, we have noticed that data values have been moving between the directionstoproperty and propertydescription fields. We originally thought the issue was on our end and remapped our "Remarks" field to pull from directionstoproperty, after we noticed the switch, but now it has gone back and forth between these two fields at least three times now in the last week or so. Please see the below example of what appears to be directionstoproperty data appearing in the propertydescription fields.
