We have experienced a large drop in the listing count in the RETS feed. We have gone from receiving 35,000+ listings to just 1850. Can you please investigate?

Update 2017-06-14: Looks like your account only allows access to JACKSONMLS internal listings: (LM_Char10_1=JAAR). The filter may have been recently added which could explain listing count drop. If you need access to listings from other sources, you will need to contact the MLS.
That is for all Status values. We were previously receiving about 19,000 Active listings alone and are now only getting about 1,000 Active listings in the feed.
Hello - Any update here? We are still missing thousands of Active listings in the feed and need to provide an update to our clients.
If you are still missing listings you expect to receive, please reach out to the MLS. The profile applied to your RETS account may be limiting the listings which are available to you.
