Failed: GetMetadataInfo

Hello,

I was hoping for your help with an MLS Feed we have set up. The username assigned is CLEARCEIDX .

The failure we are receiving is GetMetadataInfo called but unable to find GetMetadata location.

Would you have more insight into this failure? Please do let me know if you need any other information.

What login URL and Account name (NO Passwords Please)

Is your account expecting a particular UserAgent value? The login capabilities returned only has Login and Logout urls.

Not that the MLS Sent over to us. They only sent over the username, password and URL.

From what I understand the MLS handles administration for this product. You may be able to email whoever sent you the credentials in the first place.

Thank you! I sent your note over to the MLS and I just got the go ahead to try again. They said they had to add my ID to Contact. Everything seems to be fixed. Thanks again for your help.

When I tried to connect with your credentials, it only returned theses capability URLs which would explain your inability to pull the metadata. So it looks like something isn't configured correctly with your RETSIQ connection.

Login URL: /contactlps/rets/login Logout URL: /contactlps/rets/logout

You will need to contact the MLS directly about this since we don't have any control over this product.
