New Open House Data Doesn't Change Record Updated Time

One of our clients entered an open house in the MLS yesterday and asked why it wasn't showing on their website. Investigating showed us that the L_UpdateDate for the listing in question is 2017-06-06 (not 2017-06-22). Manually pulling the listing, we retrieved the new open house record, but there was nothing in the listing record to indicate new open house data was available, thus our automated system didn't catch it.

This is for the Northern Kentucky MLS.

You are correct. Paragon does not currently have anything in the listing record to indicate Tour or OpenHouse changes. Also the changes aren't reflected in L_UpdateDate. You would need to check the Tour/OpenHouse resources looking at the corresponding OH_UpdateDateTime/T_UpdateDateTime field to determine if anything has changed.
