Only Receiving Sales information through feed

We are using the following URL for our MLS feed with the assigned username 18831


I've just noticed that the feed which is supposed to have all listings/sales status' included (for valuation use) is now only receiving sales information.

Please let me know if there is any other information or details you need.

Are you still having issues with this? I checked your account and everything looks normal. I was able to pull all status values using RETS. If not, what specific query are you having issues with?

Good Morning! I've updated the URL on our end. Thank you for letting me know. We are still having trouble and only receiving sales information, when pulling for all status'. Here is the query:

I don't understand what you are saying you are missing? Are you saying you are only able to pull sold listings?

So we have permission from the MLS to pull all status through the feed we have in place including active, off market status, pending, and sales (whatever status' the mls supplies). Through the feed we have started only receiving Sold, Sold Before Leased, and Leased. We need all MLS status.

I found the issue but you will need to contact the MLS directly to get this fixed. The issue is that your account's security level doesn't allow access to active status listings. It needs to be at least level 3 to receive actives.

Good Morning, Our feed has been corrected by the MLS. From the email I received, the MLS exports caused a mapping issue which has been changing settings in the MLS account in place. They'll keep an eye on our account to help catch the problem. Thank you for your help!
