Cannot access RETS server for Knox County, OH

We have been having intermittent issues connecting to the RETS database when trying to pull in Offices, Agents, and Listings. Below is the error message we are receiving and our login credentials. Can you please take a look into this for us?

An exception occurred while trying to Download this batch

Hello!

So I did look at the recent audits and it looks like the queries are going through for your account:

2017-08-07 13:56:04.350

That is the most recent time stamp for a search. Please note (just in case) the full URL is:

http://mlsknoxoh.rets.paragonrels.com...

UPDATE: Thank you for the information! We did find this morning, that one of our application boxes was set to the incorrect session storage (We recently made a change in regards to some of our sessions), which was causing 401 issues, intermittently for our customers on a specific environment. All of which you have named are ones that would reside on the environment, so this should be resolved now! Please let us know if you have any additional issues with this.

Sadie,

Thank you for looking into this issue for us. I have verified that we are using the full URL that you provided in your response to our ticket but we are still experiencing intermittent network issues when trying to run Ad hoc queries. The first error we get when trying to do an ad hoc query is a message saying that our "Logout failed with the data stream ended before the XML parser could parse everything. This can happen if the network connection terminates before all the data has been received." Then once we close out of that error message a second one pops up saying that we are not logged in. Is there anything else you can think of that would be causing this error to occur intermittently other than our RETS login credentials?

Thank you, Mandy
