we've noticed that the regular search query for property RE1 search class by primary key is returning listings at a rate of about 20/second. this return rate seems quite slow compared to other provider's we've dealt with in the past, is this normal?

Such will only be remedied by Paragon bringing more resources online during the heavy business hours to serve its clients with good customer service.
